Current tenants are male students aged 20 at the University. They are very friendly and sociable.
The house is very spacious and the room is a very good size. A bathroom and a toilet room is addition. Washing machine, tumble dryer, broadband, sky TV.
Cringleford is a really nice area of Norwich and so the noise is kept to a minimum and there are rarely parties.
