The room I have to rent is a large, double room in a lovely modern 3 bed semi detached house to rent with 1 other female professional. The house is 2 mins walk to Cinderhill tram stop & there are two bus stops which take less than 2 mins to walk to which take you into Nottingham Centre. Post box at end of road. Good local amenities. 5mins drive to J26 of M1. Drive way which would be shared with myself. Usually 1 week on, 1 week off. Parking outside house for 2 cars.

Good sized furnished living room - tv, freeview, cd player, 2 x sofas, book case etc. Nice sized Kichen Diner with microwave, dish washer, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, gas cooker etc. Full use of facilities.
